Anna Palmén is a fashion designer from Helsinki, Finland, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Fashion, Clothing and Textile Design at Aalto University.
Her work is rooted in slow fashion, sustainability, and custom-made garment design. With a background in dressmaking, Palmén combines craftsmanship with contemporary design, focusing on quality, durability, and minimising fabric waste. She is particularly known for her custom-made wedding dresses and unique one-of-a-kind creations.
In her Bachelor's thesis, Palmén explored the intersection of fashion and technology through a clothing collection incorporating augmented reality. She also appeared in Project Runway Finland 2023 (Season 3) and has been involved in organising the See Us Lapinlahti fashion show.
Currently undergoing rehabilitation following a spinal infection (myelitis), Palmén continues to create and develop her work at her own pace.
